What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, country and account preferences
- Verification data: date of birth, address and identity document details you submit for KYC
- Financial activity: deposits, withdrawals, trades, investments and balances
- Technical data: log records needed to secure the platform
Why we hold it
To operate your account, execute and record transactions, meet anti-money-laundering and record-keeping obligations, prevent fraud, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
Who can see it
Access is restricted at the database level: you can read your own records, and our compliance and treasury staff can access only what a specific review requires. Every privileged access to your records is logged.
How long we keep it
Transaction and verification records are retained for the period required by financial record-keeping rules, typically several years after an account closes. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask for deletion where no legal retention obligation applies. Contact our support team to make a request.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and administrative actions are written to an immutable audit trail.
