1. Agreement
By creating a NovaTrade account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to hold and trade digital assets in your jurisdiction. Accounts in restricted jurisdictions may be refused or closed.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Identity verification is required before withdrawal, and we may request additional documents at any time to meet our regulatory obligations.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are credited only after our treasury confirms the transfer. Withdrawals are reviewed before release and funds remain locked while a request is pending. We may decline a withdrawal to a third-party address or where fraud is suspected.
5. Trading and managed plans
Trades execute against live market prices at the time of submission. Managed investment plans place your capital under the discretion of our trading desk within the stated term and risk limits. Expected return ranges are estimates, not promises, and capital is at risk.
6. Fees
Trading fees are shown before each order is confirmed and are set out in your dashboard. Network fees on withdrawals are passed through at cost.
7. Prohibited use
- Market manipulation, wash trading or abuse of platform mechanics
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion or funding illegal activity
- Automated access that degrades the platform for other users
- Providing false identity information
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, presents unacceptable risk, or where required by law. Remaining balances are returned subject to verification.
9. Liability
NovaTrade is not liable for losses arising from market movements, your own trading decisions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing on the platform is investment advice.
