Market risk

Digital-asset prices are highly volatile and can move sharply in minutes, including outside normal business hours. Historical performance of any strategy or plan is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Capital risk

Managed plans place capital at risk. The expected monthly return range for a plan is an estimate based on prior performance of a strategy mix, not a guarantee. Losses are possible, including loss of part of your invested capital.

Liquidity risk

In stressed markets, spreads widen and it may not be possible to exit a position at the last quoted price. Withdrawal processing may take longer during periods of network congestion.

Technology and custody risk

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. An incorrect withdrawal address results in permanent loss. Despite cold storage and multi-signature controls, no custody arrangement is entirely without risk.

Regulatory risk

Rules governing digital assets change and may affect the availability of products, the tax treatment of your returns, or your ability to access the platform from your jurisdiction.
